The only refunds Soundslides will process are for duplicate orders. If you have received a duplicate charge, please email a copy of the charge statement to Attn: Refund Processing with a message explaining the situation. Please include the name the order was placed under, and your order ID number. When your refund is processed you can expect to receive an email confirmation stating so.

We do offer a free demo trial for all of our software. Please take advantage of this demo before purchasing to ensure the product does what you want and works on your System.
